Waste Management

We have stringent compost and waste management projects across all our hotels, and we use the Travelife sustainability app to gather and analyse our inputs and outputs more effectively. The app also helps us understand our carbon-footprint, baselines and measure our performance in waste management as a group against international benchmarks.

Through our agreement with Novatech Engineering Solutions, we have recycled 2250 liters of cooking oil into biofuel. Additionally, we have recycled 500kg of paper with Neptune Recyclers, which is an environmental return of 6 fully grown trees, 580 liters of oil, 1300 kwh of electricity, 10,500 liters of water and 1 cubic meter of landfill.
