Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with developing effective recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with HODs to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing methods, including social media and networking
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive hiring practices
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation
Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Sinhala
