• Individual booking (1 room or 2 rooms for 1 family) – Can be cancelled 24hrs prior to arrival date and any amount paid (minus bank
charges) will be refunded back to the guest. No shows or cancellation after 24hrs is subject to full cancellations.
• Group bookings (2 or more rooms) or takeovers – Can be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date and any amount paid (minus bank charges)
will be refunded back to the guest. No shows or cancellation after 7 days (7th day inclusive) is subject to full cancellation charges.
• 50% payment will be charged at the time of booking and remaining can be paid upon arrival to the hotel.”
