Herbs and vegetables are grown in our very own gardens, and the rest are sourced from farmers in our local community.

Although Nuwara Eliya is a prime tea-producing region, this is also Sri Lanka’s garden city, and much of the country’s vegetables are grown in the area by farmers and homeowners.

The town is also known for growing the finest strawberries, and for its quality beef which is used in our pies and fillet steak.
