Just 1.5 hours from Galle, the Kanneliya Rainforest is a lush, biodiverse haven filled with endemic flora and fauna. Ideal for nature lovers, this guided 8km walk leads you deep into the jungle, past a towering Nevada tree to the scenic Anagimale Waterfall where you can pause for refreshments and a dip in its cool, clear waters. For those seeking more adventure, a longer 16km route is also available.

The experience ends with a hearty Sri Lankan rice and curry lunch, lovingly prepared by your racker’s wife and served in the shallows of a nearby lake – the perfect reward after your forest adventure
