Our menus celebrate Sri Lankan, Southeast Asian, and European flavours, highlighting the freshest seafood sourced from the waters surrounding the Fort. First-time visitors should not miss the Sri Lankan black pork curry – a local favourite featuring tender pork cubes infused with black pepper and island spices.

Guests can also indulge in a luxurious afternoon high tea or savour a meticulously curated five-course dinner, perfect for a special evening. On sunny days, dine al fresco in the courtyard or sip our signature sundown ‘arrack attack’ cocktails on the veranda, overlooking the cobblestone streets of the Fort.
