Responsibilities

  • Ensuring strict adherence to recipes and portioning guidelines, monitoring cooking techniques to maintain standards.
  • Participating in quality control procedures, promptly addressing any issues to uphold guest satisfaction.
  • Assisting in managing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and notifying senior staff when supplies need replenishing.
  • Supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback for their development.
Prerequisites
  • Proven experience working in professional kitchens, with a focus on Southeast Asian cuisine preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Southeast Asian ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors.
  • Creative flair and ability to innovate while staying true to traditional Southeast Asian recipes.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen operations and lead a team of culinary professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth execution of food preparation and service.
