Senior Executive – Journey’s
You will be responsible for creating, planning, and selling travel itinerates which include accommodation, experiences, transportation, and other services featuring Teardrop properties.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative and unique journeys and travel experiences for guests.
- Maintain positive relationships with all travel service providers including hotels, transportation providers etc. and make reservations with such providers on behalf of guests, based on the curated itinerary.
- Coordinate with all providers before, while and after each tour.
- Be available to assist on-tour guests with any travel arrangements by using the company’s resolution protocol.
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that issues are resolved effectively.
- Meet profit and revenue targets.
- Evaluate existing Journeys offering and develop innovative offerings for guests.
- Train, support, and coordinate with departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Support the reservations and events teams to address inquiries when required.
Prerequisites
- 3-4 years’ experience in Travel/Tours or a similar role is ideal.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Flexible and able to work with a diverse team.
- Willing to travel to our properties when required.
