Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated kitchen section with a focus on South East Asian cuisine, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Chef De Cuisine to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
  • Train and guide junior team members, promoting a positive and efficient kitchen culture.
  • Manage stock levels and proper storage while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, creative, and continuously improving kitchen environment. 
Prerequisites
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
  • Strong culinary knowledge with creativity in menu and dish development.
  • Ability to lead, train, and inspire kitchen team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform under pressure.
