- Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents and direct guests.
- Proficiency in utilizing various systems, including the Central Reservation System (CRS) employed by the reservation team.
- Maximize conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents by communicating in a clear, friendly, and polite manner.
- Proactively upsell & cross-sell products within the chain.
- Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding occupancy reports, rates, and budgets.
- Assist in the coordination and distribution of work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OTA & Channel Manager.
