Operations & Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth delivery of Teardrop Journeys and group logistics
  • Managing chauffeur, guide and transport allocations
  • Preparing tour briefings and being responsible for 24-hour guest support
  • Vouchering, finance coordination, and maintaining internal operational processes
Prerequisites
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in travel operations or guest services
  • A strong background in tour logistics and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to build strong relationships with guests, guides, and partners
