  • Support smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Prerequisites
  • Good communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude and approachable personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine desire to assist and care for guests.
