- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the hotel.
- Responsible to supervise junior staff.
- Maintain good hygiene standards.
- Give attention to the productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet professional attitude that is customer focused.
- Residing in and around the down south area will be an added advantage.
