Responsibilities
  • Handle revenue collection, reconciliation, and processing in QuickBooks.
  • Manage inventory and procurement activities.
  • Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
  • Prepare month-end financial reports to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prerequisites
  • AAT part-qualified or holder of a diploma/degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or a Hotel Property Management System (an added advantage).
  • Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Residing in or around Minuwangoda will be a plus.
