- Drive online revenue growth by managing and optimising relationships with OTAs and other online partners, ensuring accurate rates
- Identify and onboard new OTA and online travel partner opportunities, completing compatibility checks, registration, and configuration through the channel manager
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and partners
- Keep the hotel website content engaging, accurate, and up to date, including room details, amenities, promotions, and event information, with a focus on improving user experience and conversion rates
- Partner with marketing, sales, revenue, reservations, and IT teams to deliver coordinated campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotions that drive direct bookings
