Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities
  • Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best deals, resolve issues promptly, and continuously evaluate supplier performance.
  • Implement efficient inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure timely delivery of supplies to meet operational demands.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing Manager, Property Heads and Department Heads to develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office suite.
