• This offer is valid throughout the year, with a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights

• Tea factory visits are arranged at 4:00 pm daily except on Sundays, public holidays, and special estate holidays as tea leaves are not plucked and processed on these days
• Private candlelit dinner includes a welcome glass of sparkling and two paired glasses of wine to accompany the starter and main course
• Private candlelit dinner location will be subject to weather

• No cancellation charge for reservations (less than 3 rooms) cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date. Payments collected prior to this date will be refunded less bank charges
• 1 night’s cancellation charge per room for reservations (less than 3 rooms) cancelled 29-14 days prior to the check-in date. Refundable payments (if applicable) collected prior to this date will be refunded less bank charges
• Full cancellation charge for reservations (less than 3 rooms) cancelled less than 13 days prior to the check-in date

Important: The cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing via email. The effective date of cancellation is when written notification is received by Teardrop Hotels. We will in turn confirm the cancellation of the reservation in writing based on the terms mentioned above.
