Senior Manager / Manager - Sales

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and maintain service excellence.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with marketing to drive brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support informed business decisions.
Prerequisites
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a proven record of meeting targets.
  • Solid understanding of hotel sales, market segmentation, and revenue management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with a results-driven and strategic mindset.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Hospitality Management is preferred.
