- Supervise the functions of all F&B employees, facilities files and costs to ensure maximum departmental profits are achieved
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation, presentation and service of F&B products to always ensure highest quality
- Lead and supervise the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld
- Assist the Operations Manager to perform duties to execute marketing, operational plans, and any special restaurant functions
- Perform inventory and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in the restaurant for smooth operation
- Develop a relationship with all guests to build a repeated clientele
