  • Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
  • Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with all departments.
  • Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.
Prerequisites
  • Should possess a minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar capacity in star class hotels or resorts.
  • Experience in handling high volume and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong people management and analytical skills.
  • Should be computer literate in MS Office packages.
