- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and offering accurate product information.
- Support garden tour ticketing and process sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Receive, organize, and merchandise stock in line with visual standards.
- Assist with inventory control, stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment.
- Follow opening and closing procedures and adhere to health, safety, and security policies.
- Assist with sales reporting, reconciliations, and other administrative duties as required.
