Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks efficiently and on schedule.
  • Respond promptly to complaints, malfunctions, and breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of all utilities and technical systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including maintenance history, utility logs, and breakdown reports.
Prerequisites
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or technical role.
  • Previous experience in a star-class hotel is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
