Responsibilities
  • Oversee revenue collection, reconciliation, and accurate processing using QuickBooks.
  • Manage store operations and purchasing functions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Review, process, and reconcile supplier invoices and payments.
  • Administer and monitor petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and controls.
  • Assist in the preparation and ensure the accuracy of month-end financial reports.
Prerequisites
  • Be AAT Part Qualified or hold a Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar or relevant role.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
