• No cancellation charge for reservations (less than 3 rooms) cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date. Payments collected prior to this date will be refunded less bank charges.
• 1 night’s cancellation charge per room for reservations (less than 3 rooms) cancelled 29-14 days prior to the check-in date. Refundable payments (if applicable) collected prior to this date will be refunded less bank charges.
• Full cancellation charge for reservations (less than 3 rooms) cancelled less than 13 days prior to the check-in date.

Group reservations: Reservations of 4 or more rooms on a particular night.

• If the room count reduces between the 90^th and 60^th day prior to the check-in date, the 25% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice value paid against the cancelled room/s will be considered as a cancellation fee against the cancelled room/s and cannot be set off as a credit for the balance payment.
• 100% cancellation charge for cancellations (including room reductions) made less than 59 days prior to the check-in date.

Important: The cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing via email. The effective date of cancellation is when written notification is received by Teardrop Hotels. We will in turn confirm the cancellation of the reservation in writing based on the terms mentioned above.
