CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, no charge applies. Any payments made prior to the cancellation date will be reimbursed (not including bank charges and a 7% journeys handling fee)
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, full cancellation charge of the total invoice value applies
All cancellations must be received in writing via email. Cancellations will be confirmed back to you by the Journeys Team
The date and time of receiving your cancellation via email will be considered your cancellation date
