Day 1 – On arrival, check-in to the historic Wallawwa for an overnight stay in a Garden Suite on bed and breakfast basis. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon with complimentary tea served on the veranda, and ‘Social Hour’ featuring complimentary drinks.
Day 2 – After breakfast today, you’ll embark on a guided tour of the island’s capital, Colombo with a resident host who will share insights to Colombo’s unique culture, influenced by the symbiotic relationship between all four major religions of the island.
Day 3 – Today, you’ll spend the morning exploring Negombo, famously known as ‘Little Rome’. Strongly influenced by its historic Portuguese occupation, it was one of the first towns in Sri Lanka to embrace Catholicism. This guided walk is quirky, and covers key landmarks, giving you a glimpse of everyday life in Negombo. Return to Wallawwa and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4 – Travel from Wallawwa to Goatfell in the hills, with stops at UNESCO Kandy for a visit to the Temple of the Tooth and lunch at The Empire Café. Check-in to Goatfell for a two-night stay in a Concordia Bedroom on All Inclusive basis, in time for evening sundowners.
Day 5 – After breakfast today, you’ll take a self-guided trek on The Pekoe Trail stage which connects to the Pedro Estate Tea Factory, where you’ll be given a guided tour. Return to Goatfell for a late lunch, and relax before high tea in the afternoon.

Day 6 – Spend a lazy morning at Goatfell before taking a train journey to Hatton. You’ll check into a Lakeview Bedroom at Camellia Hills for a three-night stay on All Inclusive basis.
The day is yours at leisure, with the option of a late night climb of Adam’s Peak (which is in season between December to May).
Day 7 – If you choose to embark on the early morning guided hike to Adam’s Peak for sunrise, you’ll arrive back at the bungalow mid-day, and can spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the comforts of the bungalow.

Day 8 – Today we’re taking you on a guided visit to the ‘Tea Leaf Centre’ to learn about the communities that work tirelessly to produce this special brew. Later In the day, take a scenic lake ride on a fisherman’s canoe.

Day 9 – Today will be an early start as you travel to the south of the island to Lunuganga, the country estate of the renowned architect Geoffrey Bawa. Check into the stylish Gallery Studio on Bed and Breakfast basis for two nights.
Day 10 – Join a garden tour that tells the story of this magnificent 15 acre estate and its spaces, curated by Geoffrey Bawa over 40 years.
The rest of the day is yours to relax. You might like to enjoy sundowners at Bawa’s favourite G&T spot on the estate (optional).

Day 11 – Transfer from Lunuganga to Fort Bazaar in UNESCO Galle, with a guided visit to a traditional Southern puppet museum on-route. Check-in to Fort Bazaar for a four-night stay in a Bazaar Bedroom on Bed and Breakfast basis. You’ll have plenty of leisure time in the afternoon, complimentary afternoon tea, and a ‘Social Hour’ at the bar.
Day 12 – Start the day with a morning walking tour of Galle Fort, followed by a whole day to relax.
In the afternoon, we’ll take you on a guided tour of Sooriya Handloom Weaving Mill, with a hands-on weaving experience.
Day 13 – The day begins with an active and scenic cycling trail through paddy fields in the south.
Head back to the hotel and spend the afternoon at leisure or take on a mask painting session with a local artist (optional). In the evening, we’ve got a special dinner featuring local beer.
Day 14 – Today, you’re in for a feast! The morning will be relaxed, followed by a traditional ‘Biriyani’ cooking class and lunch with a resident host. In the afternoon, visit the ancient Yatagala Rock Temple. After the temple, dive into the local bar culture at Unawatuna beach.
Day 15 – Transfer from Fort Bazaar to Colombo Airport, timed to ensure arrival at least 3 hours before the departure flight.
