  • An advance payment of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is due 30 days prior to arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, no charge applies. Any payments made prior to the cancellation date will be reimbursed (not including bank charges and a 7% journeys handling fee).
  • If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, full cancellation charge of the total invoice value applies.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing via email. Cancellations will be confirmed back to you by the Journeys Team.
  • The date and time of receiving your cancellation via email will be considered your cancellation date.
