WEATHER AND SEASONALITY

Ahangama enjoys a warm, tropical climate year-round, with average temperatures hovering around 27–30°C. From December to April, the weather is at its sunniest with clear blue skies, golden light, and gentle lake breezes making it the ideal time for swimming, surfing, or exploring the south coast’s beaches. The softer, greener months between May to the end of November are quieter and deeply atmospheric - perfect for yoga retreats and writing escapes.
