    Breakfast by the Pool

     

    There are some wonderful dining spots around our garden, many of which present beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and tea fields. To make the most of the fresh hill country climate, we recommend breakfast down by the pool, just a few steps away from the main house. Breakfast is best enjoyed here on a clear and sunny morning, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Castlereagh Reservoir below. This spot is also ideal for evening tea or sipping sundowners as you watch the sun descend behind the mountain range in the valley. As this experience takes a bit of time to set up, it would be best to inform your butler well in advance if you’d like to have breakfast by the pool.
