Waste Management

We’re actively documenting waste collection and disposal monthly across each of our properties to reduce landfills. Compost projects are ongoing at Camellia Hills, Goatfell and Nine Skies, and being rolled out at Lunuganga and The Wallawwa. We have an agreement signed with Novateq Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd on recycling our cooking oil into biofuel.

We are in the process of developing a sustainability and training & developing app so we can gather, analyse our inputs and outputs more effectively, automate current manual processes, understand our carbon-foot, baselines, and measure our performance as a group against international benchmarks.
