Training & Development Executive
Responsibilities
Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through gap analysis.
Develop property-level training programs and conduct training according to needs.
Coordinating monthly training plans with properties and preparing monthly training reports.
Coordinating staff onboarding and conducting orientation program.
Liaise with hotel schools to hire interns, and trainees to fulfil recruitment needs in properties.
Managing group industrial trainee program.
Drive staff engagement activities with the human resource department.
Assist the T&D manager during the performance appraisal process to identify the training needs of each property and individual.
Prerequisites
Should possess minimum 2 years of experience in the similar capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism and proven qualifications in Training & Development.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
