Senior Reservations Executive – HQ

Responsibilities

Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents and direct guests.
Proficiency in utilising various systems, including the Central Reservation System (CRS) employed by the reservation team.
Maximise conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents by communicating in a clear, friendly, and polite manner.
Proactively upsell & cross-sell products within the chain
Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding occupancy reports, rates, and budgets.
Assist in the coordination and distribution of work.
Comprehensive knowledge of OTA & Channel Manager

Excellent written and communication skills.
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the hotel sector is mandatory.
A positive character with a professional attitude.
