Reservations & Admin Executive
Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents as well as direct guests either received online or via telephone.
Effective use of the Central Reservations System.
Ensure that all reservation vouchers are recorded and entered to the system following standard company procedures with clear and concise information.
Maximise conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents by communicating in a clear, friendly, and polite manner.
Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications to the management.
Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding occupancy reports, rates and budgets.
Assist in the coordination and distribution of work.
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the hotel sector is mandatory.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Candidates in and around the Colombo area will be an added advantage.
