- Study and evaluate the operation of the Housekeeping Department and suggest improvements to the top management.
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all the services offered by the housekeeping department and ensuring they are carried out as per the teardrop standards.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to subordinates and assist the housekeeping colleagues in their duties.
- Check the linen rooms and stores to ensure smooth flow of guest supplies, linen, staff uniforms, chemical & operating equipment.
- Schedule and monitor the cleaning of the room carpets, upholstery, windows, and draperies as needed, along with deep cleaning projects as necessary.
