  • Assist with guest plans during their stays
  • Be aware of the service offered, amenities, functions and systems of the hotel
  • Ensure all guest rooms are as per hotel standards
Prerequisites
  • Possess a friendly, approachable and outgoing personality
  • Good communication skills and excellent command of the English language is a must
  • Previous experience in Front Office department will be an added advantage
  • Residing in and around Kotugoda area will be an added advantage
