F&B Manager – Lunuganga
Responsibilities
- Supervise the functions of all food & beverage employees.
- Working closely with all levels of staff including Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping and Front Office to role model best practices and behaviours for employees throughout the property.
- Ensure that the hotel is productive, maintains required quality standards and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with Group F&B Manager with product and service upgrading.
- Take an active role in coaching and developing staff to reach hotel expectations.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Identify training needs and assist in implementing and conducting training sessions for all staff.
Prerequisites
- Should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- A diploma/ Degree from a hotel school will be an added advantage.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
