- Supervise the functions of all food & beverage employees, facilities files & costs to ensure maximum departmental profits are achieved.
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation, presentation & service of F&B products to always ensure highest quality.
- Implements a daily, weekly and monthly checklist to ensure proper follow-up to attend maximum quality efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.
- Assist the Operations Manager to perform duties to execute marketing, operational plans, and any special restaurant functions.
- Perform inventory and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in the restaurant for smooth operation.
- Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved, or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
- Develops a relationship with all guests to build repeated clientele internally and externally.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
